Coming from a background in professional football as a Hearts and Hamilton player and ex Scotland youth captain, my methodology is partly shaped by that.
I believe most people would benefit from a more athletic style of training as it is both enjoyable and different from sitting on machines in the gym.
As well as getting results in fat loss and muscle building I believe in allowing people to move and live better.
I am slightly different to the rest of the team in that I came into the fitness industry straight from a 9-5 as a registrar after stints at the council and supermarkets.
This means I can relate to people trying to find time to maximise the gym around real life commitments.
I am also studying at open university to further hone my craft. Enjoy all things football, golf and generally any sports outside the gym.

I also have a background in football which has massively influenced my coaching style & ideas.
I encourage people to first and foremost move well and feel good about themselves, which ultimately results in them seeing positive physical changes.
When I’m not in the gym you’ll catch me either eating, spending quality time with family and friends or a combination of both.

After leaving school I became the receptionist at Elevate98 before moving up to a junior coach role.
I provide the wit and humour that the other members of staff are lacking and continue to hone my craft as a coach.
