Let me start by saying - I HATED GYMS. Now, I can say I hate all gyms, apart from one - Elevate98. In truth, I was dragged along and I was sceptical of the hype. Now, I am getting up in darkness for 6am classes of my own accord, going 4/5 times per week and absolutely loving it. I am a fully converted Hype Man!
Sean and his team have created a fantastic environment for people of all fitness abilities. The small group PT is a great way to introduce or reintroduce yourself into gym work. The PTs are attentive, tailoring the workouts to each member, taking into account ability, weaknesses, injuries etc, but you'd never know and there's no apprehension of matching what other people are doing in the group.
