The core concept of the webinar is the fact that the bad days are the ones that really count.
Motivation is fleeting. It will come in peaks and troughs but it can't be relied upon if we want to have a successful year (or multiple years) rather than just a phase.
The hard truth is that it's pretty easy to do things on the good days.
On boxing day when I was off work and had my full family watching me (social pressure) I was always going to do an Ice Bath.
Last night however when I got home at 8:30pm and it was -2 with no one home was a very different story.
Those are the days that matter.
They build the mental belief that you will do the things you said you would and allow you to be in a better position when it comes to the days you are motivated as you won't be starting from scratch.
