I also need your help...
In my opinion (and experience having worked with thousands of clients) there are 3 main reasons people the gym doesn't work out:
Time, money and results.
I could use this as an opporunity to ram how good Elevate98 is down your throat but I'm not going too.
All I will say is that if it can't work with us time wise then I'm sorry to say coach-led fitness isn't for you and that is okay!
You may just need to interact with fitness in a different way like running, joining a 24 hour gym or getting a dog!
When considering time and money as reasons you just have to make sure it works for YOU.
Is it something you can see yourself sticking too 20 years from now?
Does it fit in with your schedule on a busy week? (We can all manage when life is quiet but does it work when it's not)
Is it what you consider value? (I spend over 20% of my income on health and fitness not including food but I also don't really drink, don't gamble and don't spend a lot of money on a car. Neither are right and wrong it's just what you value).
Anyway, hopefully some food for thought.
When it comes to the result piece I want to know what you consider important.
Is it a physical transformation?
Is it being able to function at 60+?
Is it a lower resting heart rate?
Is it lifting a certain weight?
Is it simply showing up 3x per week?
Do let me know as I have my own thoughts on it but I'd love to hear yours!
