Our Small Group Personal Training model really is as simple as it sounds. In classes of four, our coaches will lead tailored workouts to match all abilities and fitness goals. By limiting the numbers, we can focus on improving your technique, ensuring maximum takeaway from each session.
A cardio based class using different time domains and modalities to build that aerobic capacity and keep our heart functioning nice and strong to support those muscles were building.
Using dumbbells, kettlebells, bands and balls.
This class helps build more strength on the upper body.
A mix of cardiovascular work utilising our range of equipment like ski ergs, assault bikes, bike ergs, watt bikes and sleds alongside dumbbell and kettlebell strength work to get the heart rate up while also building strength.
A powerhouse of a muscle typically very undertrained.
As well as helping grow that peachy bottom
we all want, the glutes also help improve
our squats, deadlifts and other lifts.
A mix of breathing and mobility work to chill
you out and leave you feeling recovered and relaxed.
