Ive tried the gym classes etc all of which I gave up on. Training with Sean for the past 3 years is the only thing I’ve stuck too.

Sean has a great friendly manner he’s focused on helping me achieve my goals, knows exactly how to work me hard

and makes all my sessions challenging and enjoyable. 

 

Signing up with Sean is one of the best things I’ve done. Not only am i seeing results(lost 8.3 stone in the time together!)

Im actually looking forward to going to the gym. I can’t recommend him enough to anyone whatever level of fitness.
